Expands AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid) dental coverage to provide comprehensive dental care, including extractions, for women age 21 and older during any stage of pregnancy.

Current law limits adult dental benefits to emergency care and extractions up to $1,000 annually; pregnant women would be exempt from this cap.

Appropriates $500,000 from the state general fund plus additional federal Medicaid matching funds for fiscal year 2026-2027 to implement the expanded dental benefit.

Requires AHCCCS administration to report actual costs of the new dental services program and related eligibility changes to the governor and legislature by October 1, 2027.
