Prohibits courts from terminating probation earlier than the originally imposed period for defendants convicted of dangerous crimes against children as defined in section 13-705

Excludes probationers convicted of dangerous crimes against children from eligibility for earned time credit and work time credit that could reduce their probation period

Applies both to individuals currently serving lifetime probation for dangerous crimes against children and those who commit such offenses and are placed on lifetime probation after the act's effective date

Designated as an emergency measure, making it operative immediately upon enactment to preserve public peace, health, or safety
