Authorizes the Department of Public Safety (DPS) to employ its own legal counsel and make expenditures for legal services, adding DPS to the list of state agencies exempt from the requirement to use the Attorney General's office for legal representation.

Appropriates $6,400,000 from the consumer protection-consumer fraud revolving fund to the Department of Public Safety as a supplemental appropriation for fiscal year 2025-2026.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-192, which governs the Attorney General's powers and duties and restrictions on state agencies regarding legal counsel.

Updates gendered language in the existing statute, replacing "he" and "his" with gender-neutral terms referring to the Attorney General.
