Committee must solicit input from experts, stakeholders, and community members on the effects of sugary beverage consumption on Arizona residents' health and related fiscal impacts

Requires assessment of state-level policies, strategies, and resources that could reduce sugary beverage consumption and improve health outcomes

Committee must identify potential funding sources to implement policies reducing sugary beverage consumption

Report due to the governor and legislature by December 1, 2026; committee automatically repeals September 30, 2027
