Prohibits individuals accused of sexual misconduct, sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual harassment, or domestic violence from filing defamation lawsuits to silence or retaliate against their accusers, reporters, or third parties who made the allegations

Allows defamation actions to proceed only when the accused can establish specific documented evidence at the initial court filing showing: the alleged act was factually impossible, the accuser was impeached in prior court proceedings on the same facts, the accuser made contradictory public statements about material facts, or the accuser publicly stated the incident did not occur

Applies protection to accusers, staff members, and third parties who report allegations, including cases where the alleged perpetrator is publicly named

May be cited as the "Right to Speak Your Truth Act"
