Prohibits landlords from enforcing crime-free lease addendum provisions that allow or require eviction of tenants based on criminal convictions of the tenant or the tenant's guest.

Amends three Arizona Revised Statutes (33-1260.01, 33-1314, and 33-1806.01) covering condominiums, general rental agreements, and planned community associations to apply this restriction uniformly.

Landlords may still use crime-free addendums in lease agreements, but specific eviction provisions tied to criminal convictions are declared unenforceable.

Preserves existing authority for associations to restrict residency of registered sex offenders classified as level two or level three under Arizona law (section 13-3821).

Property owners retain the obligation to abate criminal activity as authorized under section 12-991.
