Requires the Arizona State Land Department to develop and update maps every 10 years identifying state land parcels best suited for siting computer data centers and data center facilities, in consultation with the data center industry

Requires similar mapping for parcels best suited for thermal and nonthermal electric generating units, including small modular nuclear reactors, developed in consultation with the electric power generation and utility industry

Mandates the commissioner consider both maps when creating conceptual land use plans for state lands

Requires submission of maps to the governor, senate president, house speaker, and secretary of state, with public posting on the department's website

Sets a two-year deadline after the act's effective date for initial map development, while allowing the department to continue processing applications for data centers and power generation facilities before map adoption
