Grants Arizona sheriffs exclusive authority to regulate the organization and equipment used by volunteer posse and reserve organizations when activated to support the sheriff's office

Clarifies that sheriff authority over auxiliary volunteers applies when members are acting within the sheriff's written policy and consistent with state law

Expands language specifying that sheriffs may request and use volunteer posse and reserve organizations for duties prescribed by statute and any other lawfully undertaken duties under the state constitution and laws

Amends Section 11-441 of the Arizona Revised Statutes relating to county officer powers and duties
