Exempts family child care providers certified by the U.S. Department of Defense or U.S. Coast Guard from Arizona's child care licensing requirements under Article 36-884.

The exemption only applies to providers who exclusively serve children affiliated with military or Coast Guard families.

Providers who also care for children not affiliated with the Department of Defense or Coast Guard remain subject to state licensing requirements.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-884, adding a new paragraph (10) to the existing list of child care exemptions.
