Repeals the existing Arizona statute (Section 25-318.03) governing the disposition of human embryos in divorce or legal separation proceedings and replaces it with new language

Requires courts to follow written agreements between parties regarding the disposition of in vitro human embryos when such agreements exist

When no written agreement exists or the agreement is unclear, courts must weigh and balance the respective interests of both parties to determine embryo disposition

Removes any previous statutory preference or presumption for awarding embryos to the party who intends to use them for reproduction (which existed in the prior law)

Applies to dissolution of marriage, legal separation, and annulment proceedings under Arizona family law
