Requires each Arizona school district and charter school to have at least one employee on campus during regular school hours trained in CPR and first aid, effective August 1, 2027

Mandates training in automated external defibrillator (AED) use for at least one employee if an AED is present on campus

Maintains existing requirements for public high schools (grades 9-12) with athletic programs to provide AEDs at campuses and school-sponsored athletic events, effective August 1, 2026

AEDs must be kept in unlocked, clearly marked, easily accessible locations and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines

School districts and charter schools may accept gifts, grants, and donations to purchase and maintain AEDs
