Requires all Arizona school districts and charter schools serving grades 9-12 to offer at least two career and technical education (CTE) or vocational education courses as electives each school year

Courses should preferably be transferable to community college degree/certificate programs and universities under the Arizona Board of Regents, when practicable

Schools already offering at least two CTE/vocational courses as of the bill's effective date are not required to add new courses or programs

Adds new section 15-720.01 to Arizona Revised Statutes governing high school instruction requirements
