Appropriates $10,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Arizona Department of Veterans' Services for grants to veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder who need mental health counselors.

Requires $3,000,000 of the total appropriation to be distributed to federally recognized tribal nations within Arizona specifically for veterans with PTSD who need mental health counseling services.

Leaves $7,000,000 for non-tribal veteran mental health counseling grants administered by the Department of Veterans' Services.
