AZ HB4070

Prohibits the Arizona Corporation Commission from incorporating any nonprofit if an officer, director, or trustee has been convicted of sex trafficking, trafficking for forced labor, child sex trafficking, or similar offenses under state or federal law.

Expands civil liability for human trafficking to include those who "facilitate" trafficking, not just those who directly engage in it or benefit from it.

Makes any person or entity that facilitates trafficking jointly and severally liable for the entire amount of damages arising from the trafficking.

Applies civil liability provisions to all legal entities governed by Arizona's corporation and business organization statutes (Titles 10 and 29).

Allows trafficking victims to recover actual damages, mental anguish damages, court costs, attorney fees, and exemplary damages from liable parties.
