Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 25-319 governing spousal maintenance (alimony) awards in divorce and legal separation proceedings

Prohibits courts from ordering spousal maintenance payments from a domestic violence victim to a spouse who has been convicted of domestic violence against that victim

Defines "domestic violence" by reference to existing Arizona statute 13-3601 and "injured spouse" as the victim of the domestic violence conviction

Maintains existing spousal maintenance eligibility criteria including lack of sufficient property, inadequate earning ability, caregiving responsibilities, and contributions to the other spouse's career

Retains Supreme Court guidelines for determining maintenance amounts and duration, with courts required to justify any deviations in writing
