Requires tattoo artists and body piercing professionals in Arizona to register with the Barbering and Cosmetology Board before practicing, with registration renewal required every two years

Mandates annual inspections of tattoo and piercing establishments, which must have at least one washroom with commode, hot and cold running water for customers, and a separate sink for practitioners

Authorizes the Board to establish and collect registration, renewal, and delinquent renewal fees for tattoo artists and piercing professionals at amounts to be determined

Allows current practitioners to continue working without registration until January 1, 2027, provided they apply by October 31, 2026, and exempts them from the apprentice training requirement if they meet other registration criteria
