Requires merchants selling goods in Arizona to replace any product that does not function for its ordinary or intended use if the purchaser provides notice within 72 hours of delivery.

Gives purchasers the choice between receiving a replacement item (new, identical or substantially similar) or a full refund including taxes, fees, and delivery charges.

Prohibits merchants from requiring customers to allow repair of the defective good before providing a replacement or refund during the 72-hour period.

Bars merchants from waiving or disclaiming these warranty rights, making "as-is," "final sale," or "no return" designations void and unenforceable within the 72-hour window.

Applies to all goods sold by merchants in Arizona and does not limit other remedies available under state or federal law.
