Requires the State Board to create a searchable online database containing compensation details including base salary, performance-based pay, retirement contributions, stipends, personal leave, health insurance contributions for dependents, and life insurance contributions.

Obligates each charter school to post copies of submitted contracts and attestations on their own website, with the same five-year retention requirement.

Requires the State Board to compile and publish an annual report by December 1 summarizing administrator compensation, employee benefits, and car allowances for all charter schools statewide.
