Establishes the Artificial Intelligence Nursing Innovation Pilot Program within the Arizona Department of Health Services to test AI that performs nursing-adjacent tasks (supportive functions that do not independently assess or treat patients) in clinical settings

Requires formation of a 7-member advisory committee by October 1, 2026, including representatives from the health department, nursing board, an accredited Arizona nursing school, and a licensed nurse with at least 5 years of bedside or clinical experience

Authorizes selection of up to 5 technology vendors by January 1, 2027, who must submit detailed applications describing their AI model, safety mechanisms, human oversight protocols, and partnerships with accredited Arizona nursing schools

Mandates progress reports in December 2027 and 2028, with a final report due July 1, 2029 containing policy implications, findings, and recommendations for a regulatory framework for AI licensing in healthcare

Program automatically repeals December 31, 2029
