Creates the Tribal Government Rural Law Enforcement Enhancement Fund administered by the Department of Public Safety, with a cap of $100,000 annually for administrative costs

Appropriates $10,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the newly established fund, with the appropriation exempt from standard lapsing provisions

Requires the Department of Public Safety to submit annual reports beginning December 1, 2027 to legislative leadership on the program's effectiveness and improvement recommendations
