Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-341 regarding school district governing board powers and duties related to weapons policies on school grounds.

Prohibits school district employees, including third-party contractors, from contacting law enforcement solely to report that a student possesses oleoresin capsicum spray (pepper spray) or mace on school grounds.

Maintains existing authority for schools to contact law enforcement when reporting incidents involving the actual use of pepper spray or mace by a student or on school grounds.

Preserves existing requirements that schools prohibit weapons on school grounds unless the person is a peace officer or has specific authorization from the school administrator.
