Requires all U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers operating in Arizona who have contact with the public to wear and activate body-worn cameras during calls for service or public interactions

Creates a rebuttable presumption of inadmissibility for unrecorded officer statements and a permissive inference against officers in non-criminal proceedings when they fail to activate cameras or tamper with footage

Mandates discipline up to termination for ICE officers found to have intentionally failed to activate or tampered with body-worn cameras

Requires ICE officers operating in Arizona to register their name and badge number with the Arizona Department of Public Safety

Prohibits ICE officers in Arizona from detaining individuals solely based on actual or perceived race, ethnicity, or national origin
