Expands Arizona's "prohibited possessor" firearm restrictions to include persons convicted of specified domestic violence offenses involving physical force, threatened use of deadly weapons, or dangerous crimes against children, as well as those subject to protective orders issued after notice and opportunity to participate.

Requires courts at sentencing to inform domestic violence offenders they are prohibited from owning or possessing firearms and to order transfer of all firearms to law enforcement or a federally licensed dealer within 24 hours of the order (or 24 hours after release from custody).

Mandates compliance hearings where offenders must either attest they possess no firearms or provide proof of transfer; law enforcement or dealers receiving firearms must provide documentation including serial numbers, make, and model.

Authorizes courts to issue search warrants if probable cause exists that a person failed to transfer firearms as ordered, permitting search and seizure of any firearms discovered.

Provides that persons transporting unloaded firearms directly to law enforcement or a licensed dealer while carrying the written transfer order cannot be prosecuted for possession during that transfer.
