References the 2008 Holy Land Foundation Trial, where Department of Justice documents allegedly described the Muslim Brotherhood's mission in America as "a civilization-jihadist process" aiming to "destroy the Western civilization from within."

Directs the Arizona Attorney General and law enforcement agencies to identify, monitor, and report any Muslim Brotherhood-linked organizations operating within Arizona, including financial, educational, and advocacy groups.

Notes that several U.S. allies including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, and Bahrain have officially designated the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization.
