AZ HCR2014

Extends Arizona legislative terms from two years to four years beginning with the 61st Legislature in 2033.

Limits legislators to eight consecutive years of service in each chamber (House or Senate), with a required four-year break before serving again in the same chamber.

Allows legislators who serve eight years in one chamber to immediately serve in the other chamber without a break.

Prohibits former legislators from lobbying the legislature, registering as lobbyists, or directing lobbying activities for one year after leaving office.

Requires voter approval as a constitutional amendment and applies prospectively to terms beginning on or after January 1, 2033.
