Increases Arizona's minimum wage to $18 per hour beginning January 1, 2027, with annual cost-of-living adjustments starting January 1, 2028

Eliminates the tipped minimum wage provision that currently allows employers to pay tipped employees up to $3.00 less per hour than the standard minimum wage

Requires all employers to pay the full minimum wage to tipped workers on or after January 1, 2030, regardless of tips received

Refers the measure to Arizona voters for approval at the next general election as a legislative referendum

May be cited as the "One Fair Wage Act"
