Proposes a constitutional amendment to repeal Article XXV of the Arizona Constitution, which establishes "right to work" protections

Right to work laws prohibit requiring union membership or payment of union dues as a condition of employment

Requires voter approval at the next general election to take effect

Must also receive proclamation by the Governor following voter approval

Introduced with bipartisan sponsorship including 18 Representatives and 6 Senators
