Recognizes Hardy as the first African American solo officiating pastor at Congregational Church of the Valley in Chandler, serving from 2015 to 2025

Acknowledges his role as the first African American Executive Director of For Our City Chandler and co-founder of Chandler Men of Action, which hosted its first African American Scholarship Banquet in February 2012

Notes Hardy was ordained on September 16, 2012 and would have marked his tenth year as pastor at the church
