Requires Arizona public high schools and charter schools to provide training in both cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) use, expanding the current CPR-only requirement.

Training must be based on current national evidence-based emergency cardiovascular care guidelines and include hands-on practice with both CPR and AED equipment, except for online school students.

Certified trainers are required only when instruction results in certification; non-certified teachers may facilitate training that does not lead to certification.

Students may be excused from training at parent request, if they provide documentation of prior training or certification, or through an individualized education program team determination for students with disabilities.

Expands the state tax credit for public school contributions to include donations for AED training in addition to existing CPR training, with credits capped at $200 for individuals and $400 for married couples filing jointly.
