Requires detailed chain of custody documentation recording the name and signature of every person who delivers, receives, uses, or returns voting equipment and removable storage devices

Mandates that removable storage devices containing election data must be accompanied by two observers from different political parties at all times, including during insertion, removal, and transportation

Requires vote recording and tabulating machines to maintain logs of ballot image deletions, event logs, results files, and user credentials for at least 22 months as election data

Makes violations of these equipment custody and internet access requirements a class 1 misdemeanor and requires all counting center activities to be posted as nonstop video on the county's website
