Exempts researchers who preregister hypotheses, discover and report errors, provide reasonable study access, or post methodology on open access databases

Excludes from liability research conducted at or funded by accredited universities and research by drug manufacturers registered with the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy

Establishes a 4-year statute of limitations from publication and permits private parties to sue for actual damages, court costs, and attorney fees
