Prohibits governing boards of Arizona universities, colleges, and community colleges from enacting or enforcing policies that ban concealed weapons carried by persons with valid permits recognized or issued under state law (section 13-3112)

Prohibits these same institutions from enacting policies against the lawful transportation or storage of firearms pursuant to section 12-781

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2911 regarding interference with or disruption of educational institutions

Maintains existing provisions allowing public K-12 schools (common schools and high schools) to retain weapon restrictions under their governing board rules

Preserves current law that private universities, colleges, and schools are exempt from state-mandated public order rules regarding weapons
