Creates a new felony offense for knowingly operating an interactive computer service or information content provider in Arizona to facilitate, promote, or solicit prostitution, pandering, or child sex trafficking involving minors aged 15-17 (class 5 felony)

Establishes enhanced penalties when the operator has direct knowledge of child sex trafficking involving minors under 15 years of age (class 2 felony with dangerous crimes against children sentencing)

Imposes additional class 4 felony charges when violators expose sexual material harmful to minors without using reasonable age verification methods

Adds "unlawful use of interactive computer service for purpose of facilitating, promoting or soliciting prostitution" to Arizona's list of dangerous crimes against children, subjecting offenders to mandatory minimum sentences ranging from 13-27 years for first offenses

Eliminates lack of knowledge about the minor's age as a defense and prohibits receiving service fees or any benefit in connection with the prohibited activity
