Prohibits courts from terminating probation earlier than originally imposed for individuals convicted of dangerous crimes against children as defined in Arizona statute 13-705.

Excludes probationers convicted of dangerous crimes against children from eligibility for earned time credit and work time credit that could reduce their probation period.

Applies the same restriction to annual probation review hearings for juvenile sex offenders under age 22, preventing early termination of probation for those convicted of dangerous crimes against children.

Amends three sections of Arizona Revised Statutes (13-901, 13-923, and 13-924) related to probation terms and conditions.

Contains an emergency clause making the legislation effective immediately upon enactment to preserve public peace, health, or safety.
