Exempts active and retired first responders (law enforcement officers, firefighters, and paramedics) from admission fees at all Arizona state parks, including tribal first responders

Extends the fee exemption to all passengers in the same personal vehicle as the first responder at sites charging per vehicle

Allows up to three additional people to enter free with the first responder at sites that charge per person

Requires first responders to present their employee identification to receive the admission fee exemption

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-511.05 regarding Arizona State Parks Board powers and fee collection authority
