Requires Arizona health profession regulatory boards to provide at least 14 days' written notice to health professionals before voting on whether to mandate a psychological or psychiatric evaluation, including a summary of the action or complaint prompting the consideration.

Grants health professionals the right to submit a written response and appear at a hearing to testify before the board regarding the evaluation requirement.

Mandates that boards provide health professionals with a copy of any completed psychological or psychiatric evaluation.

Requires boards to reimburse health professionals for evaluation costs if no disciplinary or nondisciplinary action results from the evaluation.

Preserves board authority to summarily suspend licenses under existing emergency procedures (section 41-1064).
