Requires schools to disclose to Department of Child Safety (DCS) caseworkers, upon request, which schools have requested a pupil's educational records and who has withdrawn a pupil from school according to those records

Mandates schools provide DCS caseworkers with any other requested information or records relating to current or former enrolled pupils during investigations

Prohibits public and private schools from preventing any school employee, contractor, or volunteer from speaking with DCS caseworkers investigating allegations of abuse or neglect

Updates statutory language in Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-141 regarding educational records, including conforming references to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA)
