Appropriates $1,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Arizona Department of Education for automated external defibrillators (AEDs) in public schools

Requires all school districts and charter schools to report to the Department of Education by November 1, 2026 on the number of AEDs at each campus, number of staff trained in CPR/first aid/AED use, and whether they have adopted a cardiac emergency response plan

Department of Education must compile and submit reports to legislative leadership, the Joint Legislative Budget Committee, Department of Health Services, and post on their website by December 1, 2026

Allows the Department to use up to $50,000 for administrative implementation, with remaining funds distributed to K-12 public schools for purchasing or maintaining AEDs, prioritizing rural schools

The reporting requirements automatically repeal after December 31, 2027
