Cities, towns, and counties may satisfy any statutory requirement for advertising, publishing, or printing notices by posting them on their official government website instead of traditional publication methods.

Local governments that choose to post public notices online must include a dedicated "public notices" link on their website's home page that links to all required notices, organized by category.

The exception for cities and towns is that proposed charter notices (required under section 9-282) must still be published through traditional means and cannot be satisfied by website posting alone.

Adds new sections 9-500.54 and 11-269.31 to Arizona Revised Statutes governing notice requirements for municipalities and counties respectively.
