Requires county election officers to maintain and publicly report counts of physical ballots in nine categories: early ballots, regular ballots, provisional ballots, federal-only ballots, duplicated ballots, test ballots, ballots used under section 16-449, replacement early ballots, and electronically generated ballots.

Mandates that ballot category information be posted on county election websites and provided to the Secretary of State within 48 hours after the county canvass is transmitted to the state.

Requires the Secretary of State to post each county's ballot category information on the state website for public access.

Applies to all ballot systems regardless of whether ballots are produced electronically or physically printed.

Requires tracking of any overlap between ballot categories to ensure accurate accounting of all ballots generated for elections.
