Requires AHCCCS (Arizona's Medicaid program) to conduct monthly reviews to identify individuals simultaneously enrolled in both AHCCCS and health insurance plans sold on the federal Affordable Care Act exchange

Mandates that AHCCCS notify dual enrollees about the potential risks, consequences, and liabilities associated with being enrolled in both programs at the same time

Implementation is contingent on data availability from the Public Assistance Reporting Information System (PARIS) and approval from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)

Adds new section 36-2903.18 to Arizona Revised Statutes governing the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System
