Requires the Department of Child Safety (DCS) centralized intake hotline to display in a single report the complete history of a child and their siblings who have been subjects of prior hotline calls or department investigations

Mandates hotline workers review the narrative of every call received for a child from the previous 90 days when processing new reports

Allows hotline workers to use information from prior calls received in the previous 90 days that did not meet DCS report criteria when determining if a new allegation qualifies for a DCS report

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-455 regarding centralized intake hotline operations and case assessment procedures

Takes effect December 31, 2026
