Prohibits the use of any Arizona public monies to fund medical procedures for the purpose of gender transition, including surgeries, puberty blockers, hormones, and prescription drugs

Applies to all forms of public funding including subsidies, reimbursements, grants, and health insurance coverage through the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS/Medicaid)

Classifies intentional violations by public officers or employees as misuse of public monies under Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-301

Defines "medical procedure" broadly to include surgical procedures as well as prescribing, administering, or dispensing puberty blockers, hormones, or pharmaceuticals

Adds new section 35-196.06 to Title 35 (Public Finances) of Arizona Revised Statutes
