Expands the list of flags that homeowners associations (HOAs) cannot prohibit residents from displaying to include division flags of the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard.

Defines "division flag" as a flag officially authorized by a military branch to represent a division-level unit, bearing the unit's approved insignia, designation, or nickname for ceremonial, identification, or representational purposes.

Applies to both condominiums (amending section 33-1261) and planned communities (amending section 33-1808) under Arizona law.

Maintains existing requirements that all uniformed services flags must be displayed in a manner consistent with the federal flag code.
