Establishes that errors or omissions in public notices required under Title 9 (cities and towns) do not invalidate the notice if corrected

Allows public bodies to proceed with matters requiring public notice if they post a corrected notice on their official website and publish the correction at least five days before any related hearing

Eliminates the requirement for public bodies to republish corrected notices in newspapers if the corrected version is posted on the body's official website

Defines "public body" by reference to Arizona Revised Statutes section 39-121.01 (Arizona's public records law definition)
