Appropriates $10,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Department of Economic Security for free, statewide civil legal assistance services provided by nonprofit organizations

Legal assistance services must be consistent with the 2025 grant terms of the Legal Services Corporation as authorized under 42 U.S.C. section 2996f

Requires annual reports to legislative leadership from August 15, 2027 through December 31, 2032, detailing cases opened/closed, areas of law, services provided, and non-identifying demographic data of recipients

Exempts the appropriation from standard lapsing provisions under Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-190

Legislature intends this appropriation to be considered ongoing funding in future fiscal years
