Expands the definition of "adjuster" to include persons who solicit business from, investigate, or advise insureds about property and casualty insurance claims on behalf of adjusters

Prohibits adjusters from soliciting insured persons while a loss-producing occurrence is ongoing or while emergency services are responding at the damaged premises

Bars adjusters from participating directly or indirectly in restoration, reconstruction, or repair work on properties subject to claims they adjusted

Prohibits adjusters from endorsing payment instruments issued to insureds without the insured's direct endorsement and signature

Prohibits contractors providing post-storm repair services from also acting as adjusters or paying/promising to pay insurance deductibles either directly or indirectly
