Allows courts to terminate lifetime probation early, but only after the defendant has served a minimum of 25 years on probation.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 13-901 and 13-923 relating to probation terms and modification.

Applies the 25-year minimum requirement to both general probation termination requests and annual probation review hearings for sex offenders.
