Adds aggravated harassment involving domestic violence (section 13-2921.01) to the list of felony offenses that qualify for mandatory lifetime injunctions against contacting the victim at sentencing

Lifetime injunctions under this statute prohibit convicted defendants from contacting their victims for the defendant's natural lifetime unless the conviction is overturned, the victim dies, or the victim requests early expiration

Victims may petition for an injunction at no cost even if not requested at sentencing or if sentencing occurred before September 24, 2022

Courts must register injunctions with the National Crime Information Center through the Department of Public Safety and notify victims

Injunctions remain valid even if the underlying conviction is later designated a misdemeanor, set aside, or sealed
