Prohibits health care insurers from reimbursing health professionals at different rates based on whether a covered individual refuses one or more vaccines, effective January 1, 2027.

Applies to disability insurers, group disability insurers, blanket disability insurers, health care services organizations, hospital services corporations, medical service corporations, and hospital/medical/dental/optometric service corporations issuing health plans in Arizona.

Defines "covered individual" as an insured, enrollee, or subscriber of a health care insurer.

Adds new section 20-243 to Title 20, chapter 2, article 1 of the Arizona Revised Statutes governing health insurance.
